Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information, including personal information, in conjunction with your access to and use of our services.

1. Introduction

Supreme Icon Hotel and Suite strictly abides by data regulation acts. We have the obligation to ensure that your data is not misused or passed into unauthorized hands. We follow and meet all principles regarding privacy and disclosure. Our obligation in this regard requires that your data shall be:

  • Fairly and lawfully processed
  • Processed for security and business statistical purposes
  • Secured
  • Not kept longer than necessary

This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.

2. Terms and Conditions

  1. Ensure you see the room or other facilities before payment.
  2. A form of identification is required during check-in, and ensure you complete all necessary forms before check-in.
  3. All payment must be made before check-in, and ensure you collect your receipt upon payment.
  4. No refund of money of any kind shall be made after payment in all reservations that are less than 24 hours to check-in.
  5. Please note our check-out time is 12:00 noon.
  6. Midnight check-in (i.e., 12:00 midnight - 5:00 am) is counted as the previous night.
  7. All guests must notify the reception at least 10 minutes before check-out to avoid unnecessary delay during check-out.
  8. Ensure you drop your key at the reception when leaving your room or checking out.
  9. For security reasons, a visitors' register is provided and must be completed by every guest's visitor. Please note visitors are not allowed inside the room between the hours of 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.
  10. Four or more people are not allowed in any of our rooms at a time.
  11. Kindly deposit all your money and valuable items with the front desk for safe keeping. Management shall not be liable for items not deposited.
  12. Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are not allowed in any of our rooms.
  13. Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms.
  14. Children below the age of 18 are not allowed into our rooms except when accompanied by parents or guardians.
  15. Refundable deposits will be returned after we have checked our facilities before you check out.
  16. Damaged facilities or misplaced properties by the guest will be replaced by the guest.
  17. Note that payment for bills (food and drinks) is at the point of service.
